✦If you hold an old driving license with a different format, please convert the format as per below rule before entering.

Where:
SSTwo character State Code (e.g. RJ, TN, DL, PB)
RRTwo digit RTO Code
YYYY4-digit Year of Issue (e.g. 99 is 1999, 12 is 2012)
NNNNNNN7-digit number (add leading zeros if fewer)
Example: If DL is
